Young people already gather around sports. They practice together, compete together, experience victories and disappointments together, and learn what it means to be part of something bigger than themselves.
FCA Sports HTX steps into that environment intentionally. We use sports to build genuine relationships with young people, surround them with caring adults, develop character and leadership, and create opportunities for them to discover who God created them to be.
Our goal is not simply to produce better athletes. We want to help develop young people who understand their identity, recognize their purpose, and use their influence to make a difference wherever God places them.

Relationships are at the heart of FCA. We intentionally walk alongside coaches and athletes so growth can move from connection to development and ultimately to influence.
We build genuine relationships with coaches, athletes, families, schools, and communities. Before influence comes trust, and trust begins by showing up consistently and caring authentically.
We create environments where coaches and athletes can grow in character, leadership, faith, and their understanding of God's Word while developing the tools they need to lead well.
We challenge growing leaders to use what they have learned to serve and influence others—on their teams, on their campuses, in their homes, and throughout their communities.

FCA Sports HTX is a Christ-centered organization, and our faith shapes the way we serve. It calls us to love our neighbors, honor others, pursue excellence, demonstrate integrity, show compassion, and recognize the God-given value of every person.
Our love determines how we serve.
We are grateful for opportunities to work alongside public schools and school communities to provide positive sports, character, and leadership experiences for young people.
We welcome athletes and families from every background and seek to serve each person with dignity and respect. A student's ability to compete, belong to a team, receive coaching, or be recognized for positive character is not based on sharing our Christian faith.
When FCA offers explicitly Christian discipleship opportunities, we seek to make those opportunities clear, respectful, and voluntary while honoring the policies and responsibilities of our public-school partners.
Houston is filled with young people whose potential reaches far beyond what can be measured by athletic ability.
We want to create environments where young people are seen, valued, challenged, encouraged, and given an opportunity to grow.
That means serving students across neighborhoods and backgrounds, including young people who may never participate in elite or select sports but deserve access to quality competition, caring coaches, meaningful relationships, and leadership development.
Because when we say every, we want our service to reflect it.
